It's possible but the baby would not survive long.
You have need of the X for normal functioning of the body. An xyy would hold a chance.
Naturally? No. The mother provides X chromosome contributions.
According to the websites below, it is possible for the combination to crop up but the resulting organism is nonviable and invariably aborts spontaneously.
freshly YY alone? NO. not just because you cannot survive short an X chromosome, but also because mothers (females) do not carry a Y chromosome. females are XX, and you can any get an X or a Y from daddy's side, but you hold to have an X any way.
XYY is possible (2 Y chromosomes from dad) and OY is possible (empty chromosome from mom) but not YY. never YY.
