Is nearby any agency that I can keep a tight rein on what they nick if I want to be a donor?

I think I'm fine next to them using my heart or blood or certain other organs, but I don't want to become a biology experiment or anything after I'm deceased. Every province/state have different regulations. Here in Ontario, you receive a donor card beside your driver's license, and you can specify exactly what you'd like to donate. Also, to be a "biology experiment" (and by that I assume you indicate a cadaver for med student education or a research subject), you hold to donate your body to science, and you go through a process for that...so you don't necessitate to worry nearly that part. :)
Yes you can cut-off date what they can take and do beside your body after your death. What is VERY noteworthy is that you inform your family as surrounded by most countries it is the family/ spouse that have the closing say on organ donation.
No, you don't have need of to do anything. As a registered donor, your organs would be used, but people who are used within Anatomy labs are those who have in actual fact donated their bodies to science. Have no fear, Your body will be buried according to your funeral directions after your organs are donated.
