Is here really a shortage of blood bank?

We hear about the shortage of blood and why we should donate. Is at hand an actual shortage? Explain. Thank you. Also, how can I found out what blood type I am?Is here really a shortage of blood bank?
Yes there is. Think in the order of this: how many injuries appear in a daylight, do you think? Now, how various people do you consider donate blood in a sunshine? The latter is probably a much smaller number. Also, if you ask your doctor about your blood type, they any already know it and will tell you, or can audition your blood and find out.
Yes, there is. Its not a ruse. So, budge on, give blood! What ever type of blood you own they need it!

You asked in the order of the shortage of "Blood Banks", I'm sure there is. When a colloquial disaster strikes and there is a ring up for blood donors I have see the banks become overwhelmed next to donors to the point they turn them away and ask that they come back then or another day. If we have enough "banks" they could newly refer them to another close one. Before I retired I worked in several main hospitals in Ca. respectively time there be major earthquake this happened. The other problem the bank have is loss of power. I believe most enjoy back up systems for the critical preservation of blood and the processing of it, but not all of them, so thats a factor too. The basic thing is to donate if you can, thoroughly seldom is there an excess of donors, and don't continue til the banks are prayerful for donors.
