Is Rozerem efficient?

My biggest problem is falling asleep and staying asleep. The doc gave me 30 time sample of 8mg tablets of Rozerem. Do I run just one? And is Rozerem significant in helping both of those problems?Is Rozerem efficient?
Unless he said otherwise lift one. If one does not work then phone call and ask him if you are allowed to take two. (I don't know your medical history, shipment etc. to make a for sure call). When you sleep trade name sure the room is dark and cool and that you are solitary using your bed for sleeping, not reading, playing on computer, or watching TV. Sex is an exception to this.
I take generic Ambien. I tried Rozerem but it made me twitchy and restless so I go back to the Ambien and it works for me. Everybody is different.
Don't put away 4 hours before bed. A full stomach can undercut the effects of sleep medications. They usually pinch an hour to work for me. Make sure you have 8 hours to sleep too because it stays contained by your system and you will not be safe to drive or anything close to that. My doc also says to enjoy someone watch you the first couple night because Rozerem has be known to end in sleep-walking. Another reason I stopped it.
Yes it will relieve you fall asleep and stay asleep and you do a short time ago take 1 at bedtime. You should purloin it when you go to bed precipitate enough to enjoy a 7-8 hour sleep. If you do not give yourself that much time for sleep, you would be immensely tired.
