Is within any website that teach you the requisites of radiology and how to read x-rays, ct-scans and MRIs?

you can try http/www.xray psu.edu/icom/dicom
agonyisreal.com
I hope you're not actually going to be reading. You entail many years of medical arts school for this.
Radiology is a medical specialty that requires 4 years of medical school and 4 years (or more) of residency training. A website cannot coach that to any degree.
If you're interested, you first have need of to know human anatomy. ALL of it. Everything inside you has a nickname. If you don't know them, then reading any imaging study is impossible.
To do properly adjectives that, you have to finish you medical university, internship, and then, 4 years of training as proper resident within radiology....there are no websites, nor post courses that can do for you, such a complex task, that can be done next to a medical degree )MD),,,,,so the answer is not website...the answer is complete medical conservatory, internsgip and especialization in radiology
