my physiology book (sharewood) says arachnoid is outstandingly vascularized while my anatomy book (tortora) says arachnoid is avascular which one is correct ??
plz it is for those who are sure (eg. neurologists)Meninges??
Avascular. You can double check next to the links below, but a good anatomy textbook will also confirm it. I checked my Human Anatomy & Physiology textbook (6th ed) by Marieb, and it say the same.
