MEDICS ONLY dopamine calculation?

I know there is a early formula you can use and do not say titrate to effect its not the clock method and not the long track anyway im just looking for shortcut motivation its driving me crazy that i cannot think of it. gratitude for the helpMEDICS ONLY dopamine calculation?
Easy bearing i was skilled -
Take the patients weight surrounded by pounds
Take the first two digits
Subtract 2
And thats your drip rate.
E.g. 220Ib Patient, Take 22 Minus 2 = 20

60xmcg/kg/min divided by concentration
dose(mcg/kg/min) x weigh(kg) x 60 / concentration (mcg/ml) = vol / hr (ml/hr)
